Couches, chairs, lift chair, full size beds, Broyhill furniture pieces, jewelry box, motorized wheelchair, rollator walker, tons of baking supplies, cake pans, muffin pans, icing tips, molds, mixing bowls, bread pans, cake stands, platters, silver punch bowls, glass punch cups, lots of glassware, serving ware, tons of tablecloths, toro mower, lamps, dining table, metal cabinet, holiday decor, tons of Warner Brothers and Disney VHS movies (some never opened), linens, huge hat collection( hats from all over the country), pole saw, workmate work bench, yard tools, vintage fishing poles and so much more!

Designated Pick up dates and times are as follows:
Monday, June 3rd 11:00am-1:00pm and 4:00pm-6:00pm
Tuesday, June 4th 11:00am-1:00pm and 4:00pm-6:00pm
Note: Any items not picked up during the designated times will be considered forfeited and will be donated or disposed of at the discretion of the Auctioneer.
Terms:
15% Buyer’s Premium applies. State & Local sales tax applies (if you have a tax-exempt number, please let the auction firm know prior to bidding).
Every item in each lot must be removed or your card will be charged a clean-out fee. Any items left after the designated pickup date will be forfeited. No shipping, PICKUP ONLY.
Registration/Payment: To register for the auction a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) is required to confirm your identity. Confirmation that you have at least $100 will be required. Registration is FREE. The card will only be charged if you are the winning bidder on any item(s). All transactions will be charged immediately following the auction using the credit card on file, given at the time of registration. There will be a $25 charge on ALL DECLINED CREDIT CARDS.
Pickup: The auction company is not responsible for lifting, loading, or packing your items. Please make sure you bring enough help and or supplies to assist in the packing/loading of your items. Any items not picked up after the designated pickup day will be considered abandoned and all rights will be forfeited. Please be aware of the scheduled pickup date and time.
Staggered End Time: Lots will close on a staggered basis every minute which will require a staggered end time for this to occur.
Soft Close: Lots may remain open for bidding if bids are placed within the last 3 minutes before that lot closes. This allows everyone a fair chance to bid. Lots will close once competitive bidding has ended. This may also cause lots to close at the same time.
Conditions: All information contained herein is deemed to be from reliable sources. However, neither the Auctioneer nor the Seller guarantees this information to be correct. We reserve the right to add or delete items at any time. Please inspect the property and bid accordingly. By bidding, you, the Bidder/Buyer, certify that you have either closely examined the item(s), have chosen not to examine the item(s), or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you.
