Any items left after the designated pickup date will be forfeited. No shipping, PICKUP ONLY.  Registration/Payment: To register for the auction a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) is required to confirm your identity. Confirmation that you have at least $100 will be required. Registration is FREE. The card will only be charged if you are the winning bidder on any item(s).  All transactions will be charged immediately following the auction using the credit card on file, given at the time of registration. There will be a $25 charge on ALL DECLINED CREDIT CARDS.  Pickup: The auction company is not responsible for lifting, loading, or packing your items.  Please make sure you bring enough help and or supplies to assist in the packing/loading of your items. Any items not picked up after the designated pickup day will be considered abandoned and all rights will be forfeited. Please be aware of the scheduled pickup date and time.  Staggered End Time: Lots will close on a staggered basis every minute which will require a staggered end time for this to occur.  Soft Close: Lots may remain open for bidding if bids are placed within the last 3 minutes before that lot closes. This allows everyone a fair chance to bid. Lots will close once competitive bidding has ended.
